Book Club AfternoonThis is a lively group that has been active for over 40 years. Members meet monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 1:30 pm . They discuss their choice of the book selected for that month. Currently on hold waiting for a facilitator.
Book Club EveningThe Book Club Leader chooses a book to read and discuss at the next meeting. There is always a wide-ranging discussion and a broad range of opinions. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm.
Book Club MysteryThis group is open to interested mystery readers. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 1:30 pm in a member’s home. The books are selected from a wide variety of mystery books and authors including contemporary, historical, police procedurals, legal, cozy, thriller, etc.  

Afternoon Bridge All levels of play welcome!  This group meets to play either in members’ homes or online once or twice a month. A schedule is set up with groups of 4 and the hostess arranges time and date to accommodate the players in her group. At the end of the year the group meets as a whole.
Euchre GroupAn easy to learn card game for groups of 4.  Beginners welcome. This group meet at 1:30 pm on the second Thursday of each
month.
MajongThis group meets on the 3rd Friday of each month in a member’s home. All levels welcome.
Coffee GroupA great way to meet our members and catch up on the news in an informal and welcoming setting. Now meeting on the first Friday morning of each month at 10 am hosted by a member. Also meetings on Zoom each Thursday mornings from 10-11 am ** except for the week of the in person meeting.
Lunch BunchMembers venture to a different restaurant for lunch on the 4th Thursday of the month. Usually in Richmond. 
Dinner GroupThe focus for this group is good food and sociability. Participants meet for themed potluck dinners in members’ homes with 3 couples several times a year. Each year starts off with an appetizer/dessert party. Partners or spouses are welcome.

Interests
 The purpose of this group is to gain a greater understanding of the history and present-day experiences of Indigenous people in Canada in order to move forward in each of our own reconciliation journeys.
Walking GroupMembers meet every Wednesday at 9:30 am rain or shine. They walk on the west dike from Garry Point for about 1/2 hour each way. Coffee often follows.
TALKThird Age Learning at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (www.kpu.ca/talk) Members of this group organize Philosophers’ Corners and TALK courses for people over 50. Usually meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10 am.
